Take a breath.
One of the things that will help you plan out the year is to incorporate Girl Scout traditions and holidays throughout the scouting year. One of the ceremonies that you can have after you are a few weeks in is an Investiture Ceremony.

An investiture is the welcoming of new members, both girls and adults, into the Girl Scout family for the first time. Girls receive their Girl Scout, Girl Scout Brownie, or Girl Scout Daisy pin at this time.
This is a simple ceremony...do not get yourself into a Pinterest zone of ideas! Keep it simple-your audience is kindergarten or first grade girls.
In this updated blog post, I have online resources for you to use for your Girl Scout Investiture ceremony.
