It's that time of year when stores are clearing out their summer stock and the back to school items are taking center stage.
Now is the time to get some really cheap craft materials for your troop!

Target just had their 90% clearance sale, and I saw a ton of things that younger girls could use. Craft stores are at 70% off and you can do a to of things with red, white and blue stickers, paper and craft items. Think of service projects for veterans in the fall!
Remember to save your receipts so you can be reimbursed in the fall when you are going back to troop!
